Who I am

My name is Florimond Bourdeaux, I am 35 years old, and I am a professional coach.

With 15 years of experience in entrepreneurship, consulting, and management, I work as a consultant, coach, and coach supervisor, supporting individuals and organizations who wish to deeply transform the way they work in order to make their activity both more effective and more robust.

To offer my clients a clear, structured, and effective framework, I founded FBC Accompagnements, a coaching bureau with a mission: to help businesses and their leaders foster brilliant changes.

How?

  • Through a clear framework and expertise that set the rules of the game for both you and me: I use my different skills and approaches to respond appropriately to my clients’ needs. With this approach, I advocate for a safe and supportive coaching practice, where the structure provided by my expertise and techniques allows space for emergence throughout the work.

  • I pay particular attention to our working relationship, which serves as both subject, object, and lever of your development: our interaction is at least as important as what it helps you produce, achieve, or realize. It is a space for discovery, expression, and fertile, valuable new experiences. It does take two to tango, and I enjoy evolving alongside the people I work with, whatever their goals, pace, or rythm may be.

  • I also show great focus on both ethical and professional considerations: I will be upfront about what I can do, what I am able to do, and what I am willing to do within the scope of our work together.
